Guests take part in a live cooking session at Chef’s Table Presented by Milk at The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, Exhibition Place, Toronto.

Throughout the ten days of The Royal, Samsung appliances will be used in every live Chef’s Table Cooking Session and Dining Series dinner, including 37 cooking sessions and five Dining Series evenings in all. Attendees will see Samsung products in action as featured chefs prepare each recipe and course live, showcasing the performance of Samsung appliances in a real culinary setting.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Samsung to The Royal,” said Cyrus Cooper, CEO of The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. “Chef’s Table is where some of Canada’s best chefs celebrate the food grown and raised by our farmers, and Samsung brings the innovation that helps turn those ingredients into something remarkable. Having Samsung in the kitchen gives our guests a closer look at how technology is changing the way Canadians cook and gather around the table.”

The 2026 Chef’s Table Dining Series features an exceptional lineup of culinary talent, including Jason Bangerter of Langdon Hall (November 6), David Schwartz of Linny’s (November 7), Nuit Regular of PAI, Kiin, Chaiyo and Sukhothai (November 12), Coulson Armstrong of Prime Seafood Palace (November 13), and Zach Smith and Ben Lim of Fat Rabbit and The Lunch Lady (November 14). Before the first course of each dinner, the featured chef will share how Samsung appliances helped bring the evening’s menu to life.

“At Samsung, we believe the kitchen is the heart of the home, where great food and meaningful connections come together. We’re excited to partner with The Royal to showcase how innovation can enhance the cooking experience, alongside some of Canada’s most talented chefs. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate Canadian food, the people behind it and the role technology can play in bringing it all together,” said Scott Brown, Head of Digital Appliances, Samsung Canada.

Beyond the cooking stage, visitors can explore a dedicated Samsung showcase within the Chef’s Table area for the duration of the fair, featuring Samsung appliances and Samsung SmartThings Home. Samsung brand ambassadors will be on hand on select days to demonstrate the products and show how their appliances can make everyday cooking and living easier.

The 2026 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair takes place November 6–15 at Exhibition Place in Toronto.
