Flying Angels to Exhibit at USCIPP 2026 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia

Flying Angels, a leading provider of non-emergency medical transport services on commercial flights, is proud to announce they are exhibitors at the upcoming U.S. Cooperative for International Patient Programs (USCIPP) 2026 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.

The annual event brings together leaders from academic medical centers and hospitals involved in international patient programs. Participants include hospital executives, international program directors, business development leaders, operational managers and case managers.

As an exhibitor, Flying Angels will highlight how its services help healthcare organizations safely transport patients traveling to or from the United States for medical care.

“The USCIPP event gives us an important opportunity to meet with healthcare leaders who understand the complexities of international patient care,” said Flying Angels Managing Director and founder Bob Bacheler. “Safe medical travel requires careful coordination between patients, families, healthcare teams and airlines. We look forward to showcasing how we manage those details while providing patients with compassionate care.”

Flying Angels provides bedside-to-bedside medical transport throughout the United States and around the world. Its team coordinates commercial flights, ground transportation, special accommodations and other travel details. Critical care-trained flight nurses accompany patients throughout the journey, monitor their condition and provide necessary medical support.

The meeting will take place on Sept. 14-16 at The Inn at Penn on the University of Pennsylvania campus. Bacheler and other Flying Angels representatives will be available throughout the event to discuss international medical repatriation, hospital discharge transportation, long-distance medical transport and other patient travel needs.

Attendees can visit the Flying Angels exhibitor table to meet the team and learn more about its medical transport services.
